摘要
针对PG9351FA型燃气轮机功率下降问题进行了分析,经检查确认为火焰探测器冷却水管断裂后,冷却水直接喷射到运行中的高温压气机排气缸上,造成缸体急剧收缩,使压气机动、静间隙减小,造成动、静摩擦,压气机动叶、静叶及缸体均有不同程度地损伤,致使通流间隙增大,最终造成机组功率下降。通过对失效部件的修理和更换,使机组恢复正常功率。
To solve the power reduction problem of a PG9351FA gas turbine, an analysis was made, during which the failure was found to be caused by a broken cooling water pipe of flame detector, where the cooling water was directly sprayed onto the exhaust cylinder of the high-temperature compressor in operation, resulting in reduced clearance between rotor and stator blade due to rapid shrinkage of the compressor, causing dynamic and static friction, leading to wear damages of the rotor blade, stator blade and the cylinder body, increasing the flow path clearance, and finally resulting in power decrease of the compressor. The unit has been restored to normal power by repairing and replacing relevant ineffective parts.
