摘要
针对采用双流环密封油系统发电机冷却用氢气质量分数下降快的问题,分析了密封油系统工作原理,对空侧密封油可能进入发电机的途径进行了验证试验。通过试验发现密封瓦处空侧向氢侧大量窜油、氢侧回油箱排油浮子阀内漏严重是造成氢气质量分数下降快的原因。针对试验结果采取了措施,基本解决了氢气质量分数下降快的问题。
Aiming at the problem that the hydrogen mass fraction decreases quickly in a double-ring sealing oil generator, an analysis was carried out to operating principles of the sealing oil system, while a verification test performed based on the assumption that the air side sealing oil may possibly enters the generator. The quick decrease of hydrogen mass fraction is found to be caused by large amount of oil leakage from air side to hydrogen side at the sealing pad area and by serious internal leakage in the oil vent float valve of hydrogen-side oil return tank. Corresponding countermeasures are proposed and taken, after which the problems are basically solved.
