Analysis on Factors Affecting Mass Fraction of Gypsum Attached Water in a Flue Gas Desulfurization System

针对石灰石/石膏湿法烟气脱硫系统中出现的石膏附着水超标问题,结合实例从脱硫化学检测入手进行分析,综合考虑设备状况和系统实际运行方式等方面,指出了该脱硫石膏从结晶到脱水全过程中存在的问题,并提出保证石膏品质的措施。

Aiming at the problem that the gypsum attached water in a lime stone/gypsum flue gas desulfurization system exceeds relevant standard requirements, it is analyzed in combination with an example by desulfurization inspection and taking into account aspects such as the equipment condition and actual operating mode of the system. Problems existing in the whole process from crystallization to dehydration are pointed out, and measures for guaranteeing the gypsum quality are put forward.
