摘要 为实现炼铁-炼钢界面各工序/设备更加合理地衔接-匹配,运用钢铁制造流程多因子物质流控制理论,对A钢厂炼铁-炼钢界面的生产组织方式,以及时间、温度和物质量等基本参数进行解析和优化,全面掌握物质流运行规律,结合工序/设备的运行情况优化了生产组织模式、提出了调度规则、编制了调度计划,集成了炼铁-炼钢界面物质流控制技术。该技术应用后:鱼雷罐周转个数可由原来的20个减至18个,铁水包的周转周期可由原来的38 min和49 min均减少为36 min;使炼铁-炼钢界面系统提高了运行效率,优化了运行过程,实现了高效控制. In order to make the procedures and facilities of ironmaking and steelmaking interface more effi- ciently linked up and matched, the theory of multidimensional mass flow control in iron and steel manufac- ture route is applied to analyze the way of production organization of Steel Plant A at its ironmaking and steelmaking interface. Moreover, basic parameters of mass flow in manufacturing route, such as time, tem- perature and mass are analyzed and optimized. On the basis of controlled mass flow operating principles, op- timized production organization model, promoted dispatching plan and detailed programming schedules are developed, hence, the mass flow control technology for ironmaking and steelmaking interface is integrated. Satisfactory effects are obtained after applying the technology to practice. The turnover number of torpedo la- dles decreases from 20 to 18. The turnover period of hot metal ladles decreases from 38 min and 49 rain to 36 min respectively. Furthermore, this technology improves the operational efficiency, optimizes the opera- tional runnin~ process and realizes high -efficienev cnn/rnl.
