简述了目前国内外工业金属钙的两种主要制备方法:电解法和热还原法,重点综述了真空蒸馏法制备高纯金属钙的工艺、设备及进展。电解法和热还原法属于化学提纯方法,难以制备出纯度较高的金属钙。以工业钙为原料,采用真空蒸馏法可以制备出纯度超过99.999%(5N)的高纯金属钙。
The two main preparation methods of industrial calcium in domestic and abroad, electrolytic and thermal reduction, are sketched, which emphasizes the devices and progress of high purity calcium preparation by the vacuum distillation. It is difficult to prepare high purity calcium metal by the electrolytic method or the thermal reduction method since they are both chemical purity methods. The 99. 999% (5N) ultra-high purity calcium can be obtained by the vacuum distillation using the industrial calcium as the raw material.
