摘要 综述拉曼光谱分析技术特点和应用现状,国内外磷矿加工过程的分析现状与拉曼光谱在磷加工过程的应用。通过采用便携式拉曼光谱仪对磷矿选矿过程中的浮选药剂、相关原料及产品进行摄谱和谱图分析,并将获取的拉曼光谱数据存放入自建的磷化工拉曼光谱专项数据库,使拉曼光谱分析技术有望取代传统的磷矿加工过程分析检测方法,成为磷矿加工过程分析检测的重要手段。 The technical features and application status of Raman spectroscopy, domestic and international phosphate ore processing analysis and application of Raman spectroscopy in phosphate ore processing are reviewed and summarized. A portable Raman spectrometry is employed in scanning and analyzing related raw material, flotation reagents and products and then store the acquired Raman spectra in a proprietary Phosphorus Industry Raman Spectra Database. Thus all these efforts make Raman spectroscopy a promising important analytical method tending to replace traditional methods in processing phosphate ore and become a way of important detection means during phosphate ore processing procdure.
