摘要
介绍了蜂胶总黄酮测定中聚酰胺粉吸附层析、乙醇提取后显色和甲醇直接提取这3种样品处理方法,并利用分光光度计测定样品处理液。通过对比上述方法的试验数据,结果显示:将样品利用甲醇溶液提取后直接测定其黄酮含量,可以获得较高的回收率,操作方法也相对方便快捷。
Three handling methods about polyamide powder adsorption chromatography, coloration after ethanol extraction and directly extraction with methanol in determination of total flavonoids in propolis were introduced. By comparison of the test data above, results show that flavonoid content can be directly determined after the samples extracted from methanol solution, and higher recovery rate can be gained and the operation method is becoming more convenient and efficient.
