摘要
随着磷矿开采年限的增长,矿藏日益枯竭,磷矿质量逐渐贫化,杂质不断增加,造成湿法磷酸装置生产能力和技术经济指标逐年下降。在现有成熟的国产化大型二水湿法磷酸装置建设的基础上,对新建磷酸装置的反应槽及搅拌桨进行了技术优化以适应矿种的变化,达到了增加产量、节能降耗的目的。
With the increase in the number of years of mining of phosphate rock, the reserves are increasingly depleted, the quality of the rock becomes gradually diluted, the impurities are on the rise, so that the capacity of the wet-process phosphoric acid unit decreases, and the technological economic index drops year by year. On the basis of the construction of the available mature domestic large dihydrate wet-process phosphoric acid units, technological optimization is carried out of the reactor and agitator blades to be adaptable to the change in rock, reaching the aim of increase in output, saving in energy and decrease in consumption.
