Production of Formed Coal for Gasification

概述了无机黏结剂型煤、有机黏结剂型煤和复合黏结剂型煤生产技术。在型煤生产中,要考虑煤本身的变质程度、弹塑性等特点,合理选用黏结剂和生产工艺是提高型煤质量的保证。最后指出,近年来气流床气化技术取得了较大的发展,但鉴于固定层气化技术固有的特性,今后还有相当的存在空间,为型煤技术的发展造就了美好的前景。

A survey is given of the production technology of inorganic binders, organic binders and compound binders for formed coal. In the production consideration is to be given to the characteristics of the coal itself, viz., degree of modification and elastoplasticity, and rational selection of binders and production technology are the assurance for improving the quality of the formed coal. It is finally pointed out that the entrained bed gasification technology has grown greatly, but the fixed bed gasification process has intrinsic features, and there is still space for its existence in future, bringing up magnificent prospects for the growth of the formed coal technology,
