V6发动机错拐方案的平衡分析

摘要 研究了某型号V6发动机错拐方案和非错拐方案的激励载荷,并且建立了V6发动机的错拐方案和非错拐方案平衡通用公式,分析了该发动机不平衡的量及其平衡方式。V6柴油机采用错拐技术,可以减小由发火不均匀带来的激励载荷波动,减小整机的振动。相对于非错拐方案,可以降低一阶往复惯性力矩和二阶往复惯性力矩,是抑制振动的有效办法,但平衡机构复杂。通过对该发动机平衡方案对比分析,为该发动机是否采用错拐布置提供了重要参考依据。 The exciting loads of split-pin crankshaft and nonsplit-pin crankshaft for a V6 engine were researched and their bal- ance formula was established. The unbalance characteristic and balance method for the engine were analyzed. With the split-pin crankshaft, the fluctuation of exciting load by the ignition inhomogeneity decreased. Compared with the nonsplit-pin crank- shaft, the stagger crankshaft could reduce the first order and the second order reciprocating inertia moment, which was an effec- tive method for vibration suppression. However, the balance mechanism of split-pin crankshaft was complex. Further compa- ring and analyzing of engine balance scheme brought the important reference for split-pin crankshaft scheme.
