摘要
提出了基于模型的柴油机进气系统故障诊断方法,建立了增压柴油机进气系统的诊断模型,制订了进气系统"检测观测器法"故障诊断策略,并给出了基于模型的诊断技术判别阈值的计算方法。进行了进气系统模型的动态校验试验和进气系统漏气故障检测试验,试验表明:在中高负荷工况下模型估计误差在5%以内,模型具有较高可靠性;发生漏气故障时,在中高负荷加速工况下,选取合适的阈值进行检测能得到可靠的结果。
Model-based fault diagnosis method of diesel engine intake system was put forward, the diagnosis model of intake system for turbocharged diesel engine was built, the fault diagnosis strategy of detection observer was formulated, and the model-based calculation method of discrimination threshold diagnosis technology was determined. The dynamic calibration test and leak fault detection test based on intake system model were carried out. The tests show that the estimation error of the model maintains within 5% under medium and high load conditions and its reliability is high. The detection of appropriate threshold can recognize the leak fault reliably under the acceleration conditions of medium and high load.
