扬州邗江区水利工程防御洪水措施研究

Study on Flood Control Measures of Hydraulic Projects in Hanjiang District, Yangzhou

针对邗江区水系复杂、水利工程众多、病险隐患突出和防洪标准不高的工程现状,结合往年特大洪水年水利工程防御洪水的实践,提出在不同洪水、雨情情况下,搞好相关区域水利工程的科学调度,应采取的防护措施和具体做法,确保安全度汛。

The water system of Hanjiang District is quite complex. In view of the large quantity of hydraulic projects, prominent problems of dangerous pitfalls and the relatively-low flood control standard, combined with previous flood control practices during the years of extreme floods, we propose that we should ensure qualified scientific control of hydraulic project in the relevant regions according to different flood and rainfall conditions, and take corresponding protective measures and concrete practices, to ensure the safety in flood seasons.
