摘要
以甲基丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸丁酯、苯乙烯、丙烯腈、甲基丙烯酸三氟乙酯、磷酸酯(PP-70)为单体合成了含氟丙烯酸酯防锈乳液。通过对粒径、凝聚率、吸水率、附着力、转化率等性能分析,确定了使用烯丙氧基脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸铵(SR-10)与烯丙基酚聚氧乙烯醚(RN-30)为反应型乳化剂,质量比为2∶1,用量为单体总量的2%~3%(质量分数),甲基丙烯酸甲酯与苯乙烯质量比为1∶1,磷酸酯功能单体(PP-70)用量为单体总量的3%(质量分数),甲基丙烯酸三氟乙酯用量为单体总量的30%(质量分数)时,乳液及其涂膜有较好的综合性能。
A fluorine-containing acrylic ester anti-rust emulsion was synthesized by using methyl methacrylate(MMA), styrene(St), butyl acrylate(BA), acrylonitrile(AN), methyl acrylic trifluoro ethyl ester(TFEMA), and PP-70 as monomers. By the performance analysis based on particle size, water absorption, adhesion, and conversion rate etc., it is found that the emulsion and its film show the best performance when using reactive anionic emulsifier SR-10 with the 2 : 1 mass ratio of non-ionic emulsifier RN-30(by weight), the amount of emulsifier by 2% to 3% of the total monomers(by weight), the ratio of MMA and St at 1 : 1, the phosphate ester monomers amount by 3% of the total amount of monomers(by weight), the TFEMA monomers amount by 30% of the total amount of monomers(by weight).
