摘要
主要介绍华南地区首艘实施PSPC的8.2万t散货轮的建造经验,从合同制定阶段、前期设计阶段、预处理阶段及后行船坞、码头阶段等各个阶段所采取的措施进行分析,总结不足之处,并结合目前的船厂的硬件设施,逐步地摸索出一套完整的应对方案,在采取有效措施的同时,控制废返及成本,提高有效性及针对性,填补了国内相关经验的空缺,可供后续设计及生产时参考及借鉴。
This paper mainly introduces the manufacture experiences of the first 82 000 tons bulk cargo based on the IMO "Performance Standard for Protective Coatings for Ballast Tanks and Void Spaces" (hereinafter refer to "PSPC") requirements. This article analyses the whole process including contract making, design, preprocessing, dock and wharf etc. and proposes a complete counteraction plan to control scrap return and cost. It can provide some experiences for references for future manufacture for shipbuilding combining the current shipyard hardware facilities.
