改良外剥内扎加痔软化剂注射术治疗环状混合痔的临床疗效

Clinical Effect of Improved External Dissection ＆ Internal Ligation plus Injecting Softening Agent for Hemorrhoids in the Treatment of Circumferential Mixed Hemorrhoids

为探讨改良外剥内扎加痔软化剂注射木治疗环状混合痔的临床疗效，对80例环状混合痔患者给予改良外剥内扎加痔软化剂注射术治疗，并对患者总体疗效及术后肛门疼痛、水肿、坠胀感等情况进行评价。结果显示，本组治愈72例，好转8例，治愈率为90．0％，总有效率为100％。术后重度疼痛1例，需口服止痛药止痛；肛门水肿19例；轻度肛门坠胀感51例。术后随访3个月，肛门狭窄3例，经3～5次扩肛后缓解；无肛门失禁、肛门畸形等后遗症。结果表明，改良外剥内扎加痔软化剂注射术治疗环状混合痔疗效肯定，并发症及后遗症少，操作安全，值得临床推广应用。

This study was to investigate the clinical effect of improved external dissection ＆ internal ligation plus injection softening agent in the treatment of circumferential mixed hemorrhoids. The 80 patients with this disease received above therapy, their general curative effect, as well as postoperative pain, edema and tenesmus sensation,etc of anus were evaluated. As results, 72 cases were cured,8 improved,curative rate was 90.0% ,total effective rate was 100% ;after operation one case suffered from severe pain of anus, needed oral administration of obtundent, 19 cases suffered from edema of anus,51 cases suffered from mild tenesmus sensation of anus; the follow-up of 3 months found 3 cases being of anal stenosis then relieved through 3-5 times of dilation of anus,and no such sequelae as anal incontinence and anal malformation,etc. Results show that above-mentioned combination therapy in the treatment of circumferential mixed hemorrhoids has certain effect,less complication and sequelae,and its manipulation is safe,thus it is worthy to be popularized.
