混合痔外剥内扎术后应用硫酸吗啡控释片纳肛的镇痛效果观察

Analgesic Efficacy Anal Administration of Morphine Sulfate Control-release Tablet Following External Dissection ＆ Internal Ligation of Mixed Hemorrhoids

为探讨混合痔外剥内扎术后应用硫酸吗啡控释片纳肛镇痛的临床疗效，将2011年1～12月行外剥内扎术治疗的252例混合痔患者分为观察组和对照组，各126例，观察组术毕用硫酸吗啡控释片纳肛，对照组不予硫酸吗啡控释片纳肛，只在疼痛评分（VAS评分）〉3分时给予吗啡注射液肌肉注射。对比观察两组患者术后24h内的镇痛效果。结果显示，观察组术后1h、3h、5h、7h、12h和24h肛门VAS评分均明显低于对照组，P〈O．05；观察组恶心、呕吐发生率明显低于对照组，P〈0．05。结果表明，混合痔外剥内扎术后应用硫酸吗啡控释片纳肛有良好的镇痛效果。

This study was to investigate the clinical analgesia efficacy of anal administration of morphine sulfate controlling-release tablet. The 252 patients who received external dissection ＆ internal ligation for their mixed hemorrhoids from Jan. to Dec. in 2011 yr. were divided into observation group and control one,126 cases per group; after operation observation group was administered with morphine sulfate controtling-release tablet through anus,while control one was only given with morphine injection intramuscularly when VAS score rating 〉3 points;then the analgesia efficacies of both groups within 24 hr. after operation were compared. As results,at 1,3,5,7,12 and 24 hr. the VAS score ratings of observation group were all significantly lower than that of control one（ P〈0.05） ,and,the incidences of nausea and vomiting were also so（ P〈0.05）. Results show that this controlling-release tablet for anal administration has better analgetic efficacy after external dissection ＆ internal ligation for mixed hemorrhoids.
