美宝湿润烧伤膏在环状混合痔术后的应用价值

Applied Value of MEBO after Surgery for Circumferential Mixed Hemorrhoids

为探讨美宝湿润烧伤膏在环状混合痔术后的应用价值，随机抽取混合痔术后应用利多卡因湿纱条塞肛加常规换药（A组）或美宝湿润烧伤膏纱条塞肛加换药（B组）处理的混合痔患者，以及术后未进行镇痛处理仅常规用油纱条塞肛加换药的混合痔患者（C组），各40例，对其术后当晚疼痛评分、疼痛消失时间、住院时间、创面愈合时间进行对比分析。结果显示，A、B组患者术后当晚疼痛评分均明显低于c组，且术后疼痛消失时间、住院时间和创面愈合时间均明显短于C组，P〈O．05；A组与B组比较，B组各指标方面又明显优于A组，P〈0．05。结果表明，混合痔术后应用美宝湿润烧伤膏可明显止痛，而且可促进创面愈合。

In order to investigate the applied value of moisture exposed burn ointment（MEBO） after surgery for circumferential mixed hemorrhoids, authors randomly selected three groups, i. e A, B, C group, 40cases each group：After surgery,the patients of group A were given with Lidocaine moisture gauze strip into anus, the patients of group B with MEBO gauze strip,plus dressing change, the patients of group C only with oil gauze strip into anus but having no analgesia management, respectively;pain score ratings the night after operation, time for pain disappeared, hospitalization time and wound surface healing time of three groups were compared and analyzed. As results,in group A and B, the first item were significantly lower than that in group C,and afterward the three items shorter than those in group C（ P〈0.05） ;all of the items in group B were also superior to group A（ P〈0.05）. Results show that after surgery for mixed hemorrhoids MEBO play a distinct analgesia role,and can promote wound surface healing.
