摘要
以酸性品红染料配制的模拟废水为研究对象,利用半焦/臭氧氧化,讨论了时间、温度、pH、臭氧流量、半焦投加量等因素对废水处理结果的影响,确定了最佳工艺:在酸性品红初始质量浓度为300 mg/L、臭氧流量为600mL/min、pH为5.14、温度为30℃、半焦投加量为1.0 g的条件下,氧化2 h后,溶液的色度去除率为97%,且半焦对臭氧氧化染料分子有明显的催化作用。
This study takes simulative acid fuchsin dye wastewater by semi-coke/ozone oxidation as object,the effects of time,temperature,pH,ozone flow and semi-coke dosage on the wastewater treatment were investigated,and the optimum technological conditions was determined.After two hours of reaction,the colority removal rate of the solution is 97% when initial concentration of acid magenta is 300 mg/L,ozone flow is 600 mL/min,pH is 5.14,temperature is 30 ℃ and the semi-coke dosage is 1.0 g,and the semi-coke has obvious catalysis on the ozone oxidate dye molecules.
