浙江省实施“走出去”战略的若干问题研究

Some Discussions on Adopting “Going Out” Strategy in Zhejiang Province

面对经济全球化与信息化的机遇和挑战，党中央不失时机地提出了“走出去”的伟大战略。本文分析了浙江省实施“走出去”战略的优劣势，并在此基础上对浙江省境外项目的投资决策与经营管理、境外融资以及组建浙江省跨国公司等问题进行了探讨。

“Going out” strategy is an important component of China's “Open door”policy and recently has become one of most hot topics in our country.Based on analysis of advantages and disadvantages of Zhejiang province in adopting “Going out” strategy,this paper has discussed some issues concerning about how Zhejiang province goes out to build up and manage overseas enterprises,how to finance money from international capital markets and how to construct Zhejiang’s multinational corporations,etc.
