催化超临界水氧化法处理垃圾渗滤液的试验研究 被引量:6

EXPERIMENTAL STUDY ON LANDFILL LEACHATE TREATMENT BY CATALYTIC SUPERCRITICAL WATER OXIDATION

摘要 采用Mn2O3-CeO2/γ-Al2O3作为超临界水氧化技术的催化剂,在连续流固定床反应器中处理垃圾渗滤液。结果表明,该催化剂具有较高的催化活性;垃圾渗滤液中COD的去除率随氧化剂的用量、反应温度和压力的升高,停留时间的延长而提高。在反应温度为580℃、压力34 MPa、停留时间70 s、过氧比为2.5的最佳工艺条件下,COD的去除率可达98.85%。 Mn2O3-CeO2/γ-Al2O3was as catalyst of supercritical water oxidation(SCWO) for treatment of landfill leachate in a packed-bed flow reactor.The results showed that the catalyst has higher activity.The removal rate of COD in the landfill leachate increased with the increase of reaction temperature,pressure,resident time and multiples of excess oxygen.Experiments indicate that the optimum conditions for landfill leachate treatment are as follow: 580 ℃,34 MPa,peroxyratio is 2.5 and residence time is 70 s,and the removal rate of COD is as high as 98.85%.
