高盐榨菜废水处理工程实例 被引量:5

摘要 采用化学除磷-水解酸化-厌氧接触-CASS工艺处理高盐榨菜废水。工程运行结果表明,进水盐度为0.8%~1.2%(以NaCl计),COD为1 300~2 200 mg/L,氨氮质量浓度90~150 mg/L,总磷质量浓度30~40 mg/L时。处理后出水COD为49~84 mg/L,氨氮质量浓度5~11 mg/L,总磷质量浓度0.3~0.4 mg/L,可达到污水综合排放标准(GB 8978-1996)一级标准。 The combined process of "chemical phosphorus removal + hydrolytic acidification + anaerobic contact + CASS" was used for the treatment of the hyper-saline mustard tuber production wastewater.The results show that when the influent salinity was 0.8%~1.2%(measured by NaCl),COD was 1 300~2 200 mg/L,NH4+-N was 90~150 mg/L and TP was 30~40 mg/L,the effluent COD was 49~84 mg/L,NH4+-N was 5~11 mg/L,and TP was 0.3~0.4 mg/L,which could meet the first grade criteria of the national integrated wastewater discharge standard(GB8978-1996).
