摘要
某印染企业超滤膜系统在恒通量长周期运行后,超滤膜组件存在严重的生物污染和无机物污染,确定采用碱洗法与酸洗法2种方案相结合的方式清洗滤膜。通过对系统进行碱性单独清洗与酸性和碱性清洗结合的方案比较发现,碱性清洗与酸性清洗结合的方案清洗效果要大大优于碱性清洗单独进行得方案。经碱性与酸性方案结合清洗后,超滤系统压差降至40 kPa,进水压力降至90 kPa。
The ultrafiltration modules have been contaminated by the biological and organic pollution,after the constant flow operation of the UF system in a printing and dyeing factory.Therefore,the engineer decided to clean the UF system in-place by the alkali washing alone and acid-alkali combing washing.The comparative results of alkali washing alone and the acid-alkali combining washing showed that the effect of the acid-alkali combining washing way was more excellent than that of the alkali washing alone.After the acid-alkali combining washing,the trans-membrane pressure(TMP) and the feed water pressure of the UFsystem decreased to 40 and 90 kPa,respectively.
