似膏体充填水体下采煤技术实践 被引量:9

摘要 充填采煤法既能有效控制开采沉陷又可提高煤炭资源回收率,成为近年来"三下"(建筑物下、水体下、道路下)压煤开采的有效方法和发展方向。结合公格营子煤矿水体下似膏体充填采煤技术的应用实践,研究了充填材料的组成和配比、充填系统和充填采煤工艺,分析了水体下充填采煤的技术效果和经济效益。实践表明,充填效果良好,充填率达到90%以上,井下涌水量由原来的350m3/h减少到现在的150m3/h,大大改善了井下安全生产条件,可解放煤量300万t。 Filling mining method can effectively control the mining subsidence but also improve the recovery rate of coal resources.In recent years,it becomes the effective method and development direction of mining coal resources under buildings,water bodies and roads.Based on the application practice of the technology of mining with paste-like filling under water in Gonggeyingzi coal mine,the composition and proportion of filling materials,the filling system and process were studied.And the technical effects and economic benefits of filling mining under water was analyzed.The practice indicates that,the filling effect performs well,the filling rate is above 90%,and the underground water inflow reduces to be 150m3/h from 350m3/h.The coal mine production safety conditions have been greatly improved and 3 million tons of coal resources can be liberated.
