摘要
针对某矿8902回风巷底臌防治难题,本文在理论分析巷道底臌的形式和原因的基础上,分析了空心注浆锚杆加固改善底板岩层的结构与强度、形成锚杆压缩区组合拱、浆液扩散加固拱的机理,认为空心注浆锚杆加固技术可提高支护结构的整体性和承载能力;根据试验巷道的采矿地质条件设计了底板锚注加固支护方案,并进行了工业性试验,结果表明:底板钻锚注加固技术显著减小了巷道底板变形量,有效控制了巷道底臌。
Based on the difficult preventive measure of the floor heave of 8902 air-return gate in a certain colliery,on composite analysis of the forms and reasons of roadway floor heave,we analysis the mechanism of floor drilling,anchoring and grouting,and make a study design of floor drilling,anchoring and grouting technology,also make an remunerative experiment on the spot.It turned out that drilling,anchoring and grouting had significantly reduced the amount of floor heave of roadway,controlled the roadway floor deformation effectively,ensured the safe use of the roadway.
