特发性肺纤维化患者血硫化氢水平与细胞外基质成分的相关性

摘要 目的探讨特发性肺纤维化(IPF)患者血硫化氢与细胞外基质成分的相关性。方法采用放射免疫平衡法检测30名IPF患者血清PCⅢ、LN和HA浓度,用比色法测定血浆H2S浓度,并用SPSS 19.0软件对实验结果和相关临床数据进行统计分析。结果①IPF患者PCⅢ、LN和HA含量与健康对照对比明显升高(P<0.01),而H2S水平明显低于健康对照组。②血清H2S与PCⅢ、LN和HA呈负相关(r=-0.389,P<0.05;r=-0.715,P<0.01;r=-0.687,P<0.01)。结论随着IPF患者H2S浓度下降,血清细胞外基质成分PCⅢ、LN和HA均有升高趋势,说明内源性H2S可能参与IPF的疾病过程,可能与疾病的严重程度相关。 【Objective】 To explore relationship between plasma H2S and serum HA,PCⅢ,LN in idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis.【Methods】 The plasma H2S,serum levels of HA,PCⅢ and LN were measured in 30 patients with idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis and health controls,Data were managed and analyzed using SPSS software for windows(version 19.0).【Results】 The plasma levels of H2S were significant lower than that of control group,serum levels of HA,PCⅢ,LN in patients with idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis were significant higher than that of control group(P &lt;0.01);The plasma levels of H2S were inversely correlated with serum levels of PCⅢ(r =-0.389,P &lt;0.05),LN(r =-0.715,P &lt;0.01) and HA(r =-0.687,P &lt;0.01).【Conclusion】 The H2S were involved in the development and progression of idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis.
