生大黄对SAP患者血胃动素和血管活性肠肽影响的研究

Effect of rhubarb on plasma level of MTL and VIP of patients with severe acute pancreatitis

目的研究生大黄对重症急性胰腺炎(SAP)患者血胃动素(MTL)和血管活性肠肽(VIP)的影响。方法选择南华大学附属南华医院普外科2005年1月～2012年1月收治的106例SAP病例,随机分为空白组、硫酸镁组和生大黄组,动态检测3组患者血清MTL和VIP水平,记录患者首次肛门排气或排便时间。结果生大黄组患者肛门排气或排便时间最早,硫酸镁组次之,对照组最迟;硫酸镁组患者使用后第2天各项指标变化不明显,第5天MTL轻度增高,VIP值降低,但差异无显著性(P>0.05);第7天MTL值增高,VIP值降低,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。生大黄组病人血清MTL、在第5天就有明显提高,VIP亦明显降低,第7天变化更为明显(P<0.05)。生大黄组病人血清MTL升高最快,VIP下降最快。结论生大黄明显增加血清MTL水平,降低VIP水平,改善胃动力,利于SAP患者恢复。

【Objective】 To investigate the effect of rhubarb on gastrointestinal dysmotility of patients with severe acute pancreatitis（SAP）.【Methods】 106 cases patients with severe acute pancreatitis from Department of General Surgery of Nan Hua Hospital affiliated to South China University during 2005.1 to 2012.1 were random divided into the control group,the magnesium sulfate group and the rhubarb group,recorded for the first time of the bowel movement time,dynamic determination of the blood MTL and VIP.【Results】 The time of the bowel movement of the magnesium sulfate group was faster than the control group and slower than the rhubarb group,The value of the magnesium sulfate group of blood MTL was accelerating and VIP dropping slowly compared with the rhubarb group within one week,while the value of the control group was about constant,the difference was of significance（P ＆lt;0.05）.【Conclusion】 Rhubarb stimulates the bowel movement by changing the value of the blood MTL and VIP,it is propitious to the SAP.
