PPH合并肛瘘切除缝合手术顺序的临床研究

Clinical study of operative sequence in PPH combined with anal fistula resection and suture

目的探讨PPH合并肛瘘手术顺序的临床研究。方法将78例环状混合痔合并低位肛瘘患者随机分为两组,在麻醉后同时行PPH手术与肛瘘手术,39例先行PPH手术再行肛瘘切除缝合手术,其余39例先行肛瘘切除缝合手术再行PPH手术,两组做对比研究。结果先行PPH手术组在手术时间、术后疼痛、术后并发症方面显著优于先行肛瘘手术组,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论 PPH合并肛瘘手术先行PPH手术各临床疗效指标明显优于先行肛瘘手术。

【Objective】 To investigate the clinical study of operative sequence in PPH combined with anal fistula resection and suture.【Methods】 Seventy-eight cases of circular mixed hemorrhoid combined with anal fistula were divided into two groups in a randomized control study,they were treated by combined PPH with anal fistula resection and suture after intrathecal anesthesia,thirty-nine cases received PPH prior to anal fistula resection and suture,the other thirty-nine cases received anal fistula resection and suture prior to PPH,the two groups were compared.【Results】 Two groups had statistical significance in operating time,pain index after operation,complication after operation,cases received PPH prior to anal fistula resection and suture were more satisfactory than those received anal fistula resection and suture prior to PPH.【Conclusion】 It was proved that clinical indexes of therapeutic effect in the group of PPH prior to anal fistula resection and suture were more satisfactory than the other group of anal fistula resection and suture prior to PPH.
