摘要
采用海螺状与螺旋球形记忆合金血管栓塞器(NT-海球栓)对10只狗的靶动脉、靶肾组织用光镜、电镜观察,结果:靶动脉因机械压迫致萎缩,而致粑肾缺血性萎缩,未见其他异常的组织学改变。经临床初步应用表明,NT-海球栓是一种新型的很有前途的治疗性动脉血管栓塞器。
The arteries and kidneys of 10 dogs were embolized with nitinol arterioembolizer in conical spiral and rugby spiral forms (NT-CRE) and observed with light and electron microscopes. The results showed that mechanical compressive atrophy was induced in the target arteries and ischemic atrophy in the target kidneys. No other abnormal histological changes were found. This study suggests that NT-CRE is a promissing, therapeutic arterioembolizer.
