注射用红花黄色素治疗稳定型心绞痛50例临床观察

CLINICAL EFFECT OF SAFFIOWER YELLOW INJECTION TREATMENT OF CORONARY HEART DISEASE OF50 CASES OF STABLE ANGINA

目的观察注射用红花黄色素对稳定型心绞痛患者的临床疗效。方法将100例稳定型心绞痛患者随机分为观察组(50例)和对照组(50例)。二组均常规服用治疗稳定型心绞痛药物。观察组在常规治疗基础上加用注射用红花黄色素100mg,连续2周为1疗程。从心绞痛疗效、心电图疗效及血脂疗效等治疗前后指标比较二组结果。结果二组治疗前后心绞痛及血脂疗效差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),心电图疗效治疗前后差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论注射用红花黄色素可以减少稳定型心绞痛发作,降低血脂水平,提高患者生活质量。

Objective To observe the clinical effects of the injectable saffiower yellow treatment in patients with stable angina.Methods Hundred patients with stable angina were divided randomly into two groups： control group（n=50）treated with western medicine and treatment group（n=50）treated with the injectable saffiower yellow and western medicine for two weeks.From the curative effect electrocardiogram,angina pectoris efficacy and lipids efficacy before and after the treatment index etc compared between the two groups.Results Pectoris efficacy and lipids efficacy were seen in both groups,though,significance was found in therapy group（P0.05）,and yet,curative effect electrocardiogram of the difference was no statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion The injectable saffiower yellow can reduce the stable angina attacks,decrease blood lipid and improve the quality of life for patients.
