为缩短产品开发的周期,持续专注客户价值,体现"敏捷性"。针对传统软件开发模式所存在的问题,通过对敏捷理念和实践从思想渊源和各种软件开发领域的敏捷开发框架的探讨,总结出了应用敏捷实践的体验以及收获。
In order to shorten the product development cycle and focus on customer value, software develop- ment requires ＂agility＂. Based on the traditional software development model problems, this paper discusses agile theory and practice in various software and development frameworks and summarizes the concept of agility.
