The article discusses the design theory, functional and structural of the test bench for an NAND Flash memory controller. The hardware description language is used to build a self-check test bench to perform a comprehensive functional verification process for the controller. Simulation results verify the correctness of this de- sign, which can improve the verification efficiency and shorten the development cycle.
