摘要
针对目前航电系统模块小型化、轻量化要求的不断提高,装机环境更加复杂,结构设计中的热设计、抗振动冲击设计、电磁兼容设计和环境适应性设计就尤为重要。文中介绍了某型航电模块的结构设计。环境试验表明,模块的结构设计能满足系统性能的要求。
An X-type avionics modular configuration design is described. Current avionics modules are ever smaller in size and weight under increasingly complex conditions, which requires more on the designs of heat, vibra- tion strike, EMC, and environmental adaptability, etc. Environmental test shows that the modular configuration design can meet the requirements of the system performance.
