2011年医院感染现患率调查分析

目的为了解某三级综合医院医院感染现患率的基本情况,并与四川省的现患率调查数据进行比较,为进一步寻找该院医院感染危险因素提供理论依据。方法按照《医院感染监测规范》相关要求对某三级综合医院2011年9月21日00∶00-24∶00的住院患者进行医院感染现患率调查。结果调查住院患者626例,医院感染现患率为5.13、例次感染率为5.93%,手术切口感染率为24.32%,抗菌药物的使用率为39.32%,治疗用抗菌药物患者的病原微生物标本送检率56.59%,该组数据与四川省同期调查数据比较,该院的现患率、手术切口感染率明显高于全省平均水平,抗菌药物的使用率低于全省平均水平,病原微生物标本送检率高于全省平均水平。结论医务人员遵守《手术切口医院感染的预防和控制技术指南》,落实手卫生、严格无菌技术操作可降低手术切口感染率;提高送检率、合理使用抗菌药物应常抓不懈。

OBJECTIVE To investigate the situation of nosocomial infections in the three A hospital and compare it with the prevalence rate in Sichuan Province so as to provide theoretical basis for exploring the risk factors of nosocomial infections.METHODS The prevalence rate of the nosocomial infections in the patient who hospitalized the hospital from 00∶00to 24∶00on Sep 21,2011was investigated according to＇Standard for Surveillance of Nosocomial Infection＇.RESULTS Of totally 626hospitalized patients investigated,the prevalence rate of nosocomial infections was 5.13%,and the case-time infection rate was 5.93%.The incidence of surgical incision infections was 24.32%;the utilization rate of antibiotics was 39.32%;the submission rate of the pathogenic microorganisms specimens was 56.59%.The prevalence rate and the incidence of surgical incision infections were significantly higher in the three A hospital than the average level of the whole province,the utilization rate of antibiotics of the hospital was lower than that of the average level,and the submission rate of the pathogenic microorganisms specimens of the hospital was higher than the average level of the whole province.CONCLUSION The healthcare workers＇conforming to the＇Guidelines on prevention and control of surgical nosocomial infection＇and implementing the hand hygiene and rigid aseptic operation can reduce the incidence of surgical incision infections.It is necessary to adhere to raising the submission rate as well as the reasonable use of antibiotics.
