Ⅰ类切口手术与内科介入治疗抗菌药物应用分析

Research of antibiotics application for type Ⅰ incision operation and intervention therapy

目的分析医院Ⅰ类切口手术和内科介入治疗围术期抗菌药物应用的合理性,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法随机抽取医院2011年8-12月Ⅰ类切口手术和介入治疗共512例,分析抗菌药物应用情况。结果 512例Ⅰ类切口手术和介入治疗患者中预防使用抗菌药物的有337例,占65.82%,术前30min～2h内给药比率为97.92%,围术期未用或预防用药时间≤24h的占42.38%,手术部位感染发生率为0.39%。结论Ⅰ类切口手术和内科介入治疗普遍存在抗菌药物预防使用率高、品种选择不合理等现象,抗菌药物应用水平有待提高。

OBJECTIVE To analyze the rationality of use of antibiotics during perioperative period of the type I incision operation and intervention therapy so as to guide the clinical medication.METHODS A total of 512cases who underwent the type I incision operations and intervention therapy between Aug and Dec in the hospital were randomly selected,and the use of antibiotics was analyzed.RESULTS There were totally 337（65.82%）cases who used antibiotics among 512cases who underwent the type I incision operations and intervention therapy.The utilization rate of antibiotics at 30min-2hbefore the surgery was 97.92%,the patients who did not use antibiotics during the perioperative period or the patients with the prophylactic antibiotics duration less than 24haccounted for 42.38%,and the incidence rate of surgical site infections was 0.39%.CONCLUSION There are many problems existing in the type I incision operation and intervention therapy such as the high utilization rate of prophylactic and irrational use of antibiotics,thus it is necessary to improve the level of antibiotic use.
