经阴道超声诊断未破裂型异位妊娠的临床价值

The clinical value of transvaginal ultrasound diagnosis in unruptured ectopic pregnancy

目的探讨经阴道超声诊断未破裂型异位妊娠的临床价值。方法分析2009年1月至2012年9月经阴道超声检查并收治我院的未破裂型异位妊娠39例临床资料。结果经保守治疗或手术及病理证实的未破裂型异位妊娠36例,诊断符合率92.3%。结论经阴道超声对诊断未破裂型异位妊娠有重要的临床价值,作为早期诊断异位妊娠的首选方法,对患者的早期治疗意义重大。

Objective To investigate the clinical value of transvaginal ultrasound in the diagnosis of unruptured ectopic pregnancy. Methods Thirty-nine cases of unruptured eetopic pregnancy admitted to our hospital from January 2009 to September 2012 who underwent menstrual vaginal ultrasound diagnosis were analysed. Results Of all patients, 36 cases were confirmed unruptured ectopic pregnancy after conservative treatment or surgery and pathology, and the diagnostic rate was 92.3%. Conclusion Transvaginal ultrasound in the diagnosis of unruptured ectopic pregnancy has important clinical value, which has significance in the early treatment of patients as a preferred method for the early diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy. ]
