胎盘异常的超声诊断

Value of ultrasonography in diagnosis of placental abnormalities

目的评价超声对胎盘异常的诊断价值。近年来被产后证实的胎盘异常的声像图改变。方法回顾性分析采用二维彩色多普勒对中晚期孕妇行常规检查,对可疑胎盘异常的孕妇追踪观察并与分娩后进行对比。结果经分娩或剖宫产证实的96例胎盘异常中,产前超声正确诊断81例,诊断符合率为84.4%。结论超声是产前诊断胎盘异常的首选而又重要的检查方法,有较高的诊断率而且具有无创伤、无痛苦、可重复的优点,为产科临床正确处理胎盘异常提供可靠的依据。

Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of ultrasound in placental abnormalities by postnatal confirmation through ret- rospective analysis of placenta ultrsound images in recent years. Methods Two-dimensional color Doppler was used in routine examination of late pregnant women. Suspicious abnormal placental pregnant women after childbirth were followed-up and compared. Results Of 96 con- firmed cases of placental abnormalities after birth or cesarean, prenatal ultrasound diagnosis was precise in 81 cases, and the diagnosis coinci- dence rate was 84.4%. Conclusion Ultrasound is the preferred and important inspection method in the prenatal diagnosis of placental abnor- malities, which has a higher diagnostic yield with little trauma and pain, and has repeatable advantages for clinical obstetrics so that it can pro- vide reliable basis for the correct processing of placental abnormalities and has important significance in reducing perinatal mortality.
