摘要 丝网印刷生物传感器因其成本低,耗时短,微型化等优点,近年来在食品分析领域得到广泛应用。本文对丝网印刷电极的原理、制作过程进行了介绍,并综述了丝网印刷生物传感器在食品分析领域的研究进展,探讨了其在食品分析领域的应用前景。 Screen-printed biosensor had been widely applied in food analysis due to its various advantages including low cost,short time-consuming and miniaturization compared with other physicochemical methods. This review focused on the basic configurations of screen-printing electrode and their applications especially in food analysis. Additionally,a general overview of the potential application of screen-printed biosensor in the food analysis field was also addressed.
