瑞舒伐他汀的药理分析及抗动脉粥样硬化的临床应用价值探析

The pharmacological effects of Rosuvastatin and the clinical value of anti-atherosclerosis

目的:探讨瑞舒伐他汀的药理作用和抗动脉粥样硬化的临床应用价值。方法:选择颈动脉粥样硬化患者80例进行回顾性分析,随机分成观察组与对照组,每组40例,观察组采用瑞舒伐他汀治疗,对照组采用阿司匹林治疗,观察两组的抗动脉粥样硬化效果。结果:两组在治疗后IMT、TC、TG、LDL-C等各项指标上差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且观察组变化效果明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:瑞舒伐他汀能够有效抗动脉粥样硬化,效果显著,值得临床推广。

Objective To study the pharmacological effects of rosuvastatin anti-atherosclerosis and clinical application value.Methods Select 80 cases of patients with carotid atherosclerosis were retrospectively analyzed,were randomly divided into observation group andcontrol group,40 cases in each group,the observation group with rosuvastatin treatment,the control group was treated with aspirin,observes two groups of anti-atherosclerosis effect.Results Significant difference of each index of the two groups in the treatment of IMT, TC,TG,LDL-C（P〈 0.05）,and the observation group change effect was better than the control group（P 〈 0.05）.Conclusion Rosuvastatin can effectively against atherosclerosis,obviously, is worth the clinical promotion.
