图书馆学期刊质量“全评价”探讨及启示

Research and Revelation of the “All-round Evaluation”of the Quality of Journals in Library Sciences

笔者2010年提出六位一体(评价目的、评价主体、评价客体、评价标准及指标、评价方法和评价制度)质量"全评价"体系分析框架。研究团队据此对图书馆学期刊进行了验证性评价和应用性评价。验证性评价发现了期刊质量评价的多样性和复杂性特点;应用性评价获得了相关的评价经验,总结了存在的问题。期刊质量评价结果可与核心期刊、来源期刊评价结果相互校验和参照。参考文献9。

The author put forward a “six-in-one” analysis framework of “all-round evaluation” of the quality of journals, that is, the purpose of the evaluation, evaluation subject, evaluation object, evaluation criterion and indicator, evaluation method, and evaluation system. On this ground, the research team makes confirmatory evaluation and applied evaluation of journals in library sciences. By confirmatory evaluation, the team finds that the evaluation of quality of journals is diverse and complicated; while by applied evaluation, the team gains relevant evaluation experience and summarizes existing problems. The evaluation results of the quality of journals and the evaluation results of core journals and source journals are cross-checked and cross-referenced. 9 refs.
