含吡啶杂环硫氮杂冠醚化合物的合成与表征

Synthesis and characterization of thiaazacrown ethers containing pyridine

以商品化2,6-二氯甲基吡啶为起始原料,经取代、氯乙酰化、成环3步反应高产率合成3种新的含吡啶杂环的硫氮杂冠醚化合物。该路线反应产物单一、易于提纯,产率>80%。化合物结构经IR、NMR、MS以及元素分析等物理手段确定。

Three new thiaazacrown ethers cantaining pyridine as subunit were synthesized in high yields with 2,6-dichlo romethyl pyridine as start material. The reaction condition was mild and the products were easy to be purified. Thc structures were confirmed by IR, NMR,MS and elemental analysis.
