对硝基苯基-α-D-吡喃木糖苷的合成

摘要 以D-木糖为原料,经全乙酰化、Helferich糖苷化、脱保护基3步反应,合成标题化合物。对Helferich糖苷化条件的催化剂进行了研究,结果表明:在SnCl4的催化下,α-立体选择性最好,产率最高。 p-Nitrophenyl a-D-xylopyranoside was synthesized with D-xylose as a raw material by acetylation,Helferich glycosidation and deacetylation. The effect of catalyst on the Helferich glycosidation was studied. The results indicated that SnCI4 was the best catalyst for the a-stereoselectivity and high yield.
