Synthesis of terminal imidazole polyethylene glycol

摘要 不同分子量的聚乙二醇和聚乙二醇单甲醚分别与对甲苯磺酰氯进行酯化反应,制备出3个双(对甲苯磺酸)聚乙二醇酯和两个单对甲苯磺酸聚乙二醇单甲醚酯,其结构经过1HNMR表征。双(对甲苯磺酸)聚乙二醇酯和单对甲苯磺酸聚乙二醇单甲醚酯进一步与咪唑反应,合成出双端基咪唑聚乙二醇和单端基咪唑聚乙二醇单甲醚,其结构经过1HNMR表征,为目标产物。 A series of di-tosylated and mono-tosylate polyethy- lene glycol were synthesized from polyethylene and p-toluene- sulfonyl chloride, and characterized by 1HNMR. Di-terminal and mono imidazole polyethylene glycol were synthesized from di-tosylated or mono-tosylate polyethylene glycol with imidaz- ole,and characterized by 1HNMR.
