摘要
利用LabVIEW软件平台实现了矿用通风机故障检测诊断系统的搭建,包括硬件系统和软件系统的设计。综合采用时域分析、包络解调和小波分析等技术对采集到的信号数据进行分析处理。利用自建的试验平台进行了大量的试验,结果表明系统可以准确识别通风机故障。
LabVIEW was used to establish the mine fan fault monitoring and diagnosis system, including the design of hardware and software. In the system, time-domain analysis, envelope demodulation and wavelet analysis were applied to analyse the collected signal data. Plenty of tests were conducted on the self-built test bench, and the results indicated that the system could accurately identify the fault of the mine fan.
