摘要
针对铁矿用过滤机的传动装置故障频发、搅拌装置和槽体的连接处很难密封、中心轴容易磨损串气以及滤布磨损严重等问题,采用改变传动装置的型式、自搅拌结构、无缝管焊接中心轴结构和滤布吸合结构的设计方案,对其进行结构改进。工业应用证明,经过结构改进后的铁矿用过滤机完全可以满足生产需要,并且与现有铁矿用过滤机相比,功耗较小,维护方便,容易操作。
In view of existent problems of the filter used for iron ore such as frequent failure of transmission, easy leakage at the joint of stirring device and tank, easy wearing of the central shaft and severe wearing of filtering cloth, the type of transmission was altered, as well as self-stirring structure, central shaft welded with seamless steel pipes and absorption of the filtering cloth were applied to optimize the filter structure. Industrial application showed: the structurally optimized filter used for iron ore totally met the needs of production, and contrasted with present filter used for iron ore, it was characterized by low power consumption, easiness of maintenance and operation.
