摘要
从理论和实证的角度研究企业信息技术(IT)能力,将企业的IT能力按照层次的高低分为IT基础能力、IT应用能力、IT发展能力和IT探索能力。建立了企业IT能力的评价指标体系,并通过主成分分析对该指标体系进行有效的优化,采用粗糙集理论得出各个评价指标的评价权重,建立了基于灰色关联分析的企业IT能力评价模型。通过实例检验了该模型的有效性,为企业IT能力建设与评价提供了可行方法。
The characteristics of enterprise IT capabilities were discussed theoretically and empirically.The IT capability of enterprise was accordingly redesigned into four dimensions on a high-low scale,namely,IT infrastructure,IT application,IT development,and IT exploration.In addition,a new IT capability evaluation index system was put forward and this system was optimized by principal component analysis.Furthermore,the evaluation weight of each indicator from the rough set theory was applied to create the grey relational analysis-based IT evaluation model.Finally,the effectiveness of this new model was tested through empirical analysis and a flexible method was provided for development and evaluation of enterprise IT capabilities.
