摘要
汽轮发电机组基础常为固定基础和弹簧基础。弹簧基础具有诸多优点,可降低系统频率避免共振现象。针对汽轮机与凝汽器的连接方式,分析了核电常规岛的弹簧基础和凝汽器弹簧支承连接的组合形式,并考虑了设备荷重的分配。对凝汽器弹簧支座的安装及灌水试验前后弹簧的调整方法作了具体说明。
The turbine generator has a solid-base and spring-base normally.The spring-base has many advantages: it can reduce the system frequency to avoid resonance.Aiming at connections between steam turbine and condenser,the spring base of nuclear conventional island and combination of condenser spring-support connections have been analyzed,and load allocation of the equipment has been considered.Specific instructions for the installation of condenser spring-base and adjustment of the spring before and after the water filling test have been provided.
