摘要
凝汽器的真空度不仅取决于自身的运行参数,而且还取决于抽气设备的工作性能。通过凝汽器漏空气量和水环真空泵抽气量的平衡关系,建立水环真空泵抽吸不足对凝汽器真空影响的数学模型,定量分析了水环真空泵工作水温度和凝汽器真空的关系。实例计算表明,降低工作水温度可提高凝汽器真空度。
Condenser vacuum depends not only on its own operating parameters,but also on the pumping equipment performance.According to the dynamic equilibrium between air leakage quantity of condenser and exhaust volume of water-ring vacuum pump,a mathematical model of insufficient exhaust of water-ring vacuum pump upon condenser vacuum is established,which has quantitatively analyzed the relationship between the working water temperature of water-ring vacuum pump and condenser vacuum.The example calculations show that the condenser vacuum can be improved by reducing the working water temperature.
