摘要
机组运行中,动调送风机通过液压调节机构改变叶片角度,调节风机性能和出力,其运行的安全可靠性是确保机组正常运行的前提。风机油位、轴承温度和振动等参数能够直接反映出该风机的运行状态。重点分析了轴流送风机转子、液压调节装置、稀油站等设备中的常见故障,并提出相应的解决办法。
The blade adjustable FD fan adjusts performance and output through the hydraulic adjustment equipment changes blade angle during the operation.The safety reliability of operation is the precondition of ensuring normal operation of unit.The parameters of oil level,bearing temperature and vibration etc can reflect directly fan＇s operation state.Common faults of the fan rotator,hydraulic adjusting device and lubricating station have been analyzed and corresponding handling solution has been put forward in the paper.
