摘要
为了优化燃煤锅炉除渣系统的运行,提高锅炉的热效率,通过对锅炉燃煤结渣的特性分析,选择了风冷式除渣系统方案,分析了风冷式除渣系统除渣量对锅炉效率的影响因素,提出相关的解决措施。通过工程实例,进行了经济性方面的比较,计算结果表明,风冷式除渣系统具有更广阔的应用前景。
In order to optimize the slag removal system in a coal fired boiler and to increase its thermal efficiency of the boiler, the air cooling slag removing system has been selected based on the analysis of slag characteristics. The slag amount of the air cooling slag removing system against the efficiency of boiler has also been analyzed in the paper and the relevant countermeasures have been put forward. Through the project example, the economic comparison has been carried out and the results indicate that: the air cooling slag removing system has much wider application in the industry.
