摘要
采用ANSYS CFX软件,建立了两相流模型。通过计算,分析研究了闪蒸现象给再热器疏水阀带来的影响和危害,提出了预防措施和控制闪蒸破坏的方法。设计阀门时,应采用合理的结构形式,减小阀门本体内的流阻,合理分配介质的压降,可有效减小冲刷和闪蒸现象的产生。
A two-phase flow model is set up with ANSYS CFX software. The flash influence and the damage to drain valve have been analyzed in the paper based on the calculation and an effective method to prevent and control the flash damage to the drain valve of reheater is put forward. A reasonable structure of a valve shall be adopted in the design so as to reduce the flow friction in the valve body, reasonable distribute the pressure drop of medium and effectively decrease flush ^- flash.
